When you schedule an appointment with Little Mountain Chiropractic & Wellness, we will send you our new patient paperwork, so you can complete it ahead of time and submit it online. This will save you time at your first appointment, and will also allow the doctor time to review your conditions before you come in.
Your First Visit
Our friendly team will greet you when you come in and make you feel welcome. Then you’ll meet with your chiropractor, who will discuss your health history and current concerns. They’ll conduct a thorough examination and take digital X-rays to give them a complete picture of what’s causing your symptoms.
At this visit, we won’t begin your specific care plan until your next visit, after we’ve had time to properly analyze your X-rays. This first visit takes about 30-40 minutes.
Before you return, we’ll do an in-depth analysis of your X-rays and exam results to determine the exact cause of your symptoms and create a care plan specifically designed to address your needs. Our chiropractors collaborate on care, to offer you the most comprehensive approach to achieving your goals.
Your Second Visit
When you return for your second visit, we’ll go over the results of your exams and X-rays, and explain everything we found and how we plan to help. We’ll also let you know your insurance covers what services, and we’ll explain what we can do if services you need are not covered. We want to help you get the care you need with minimal out-of-pocket costs.
This visit typically lasts 15-20 minutes, depending on the therapies you receive.
